Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Internal audit experience required
- Experience in IT audit preferred
- Applicable experience with the internal audit leader (or Chief Audit Executive) role as well as an industry perspective
- Exposure to or working knowledge of common technology solutions utilized by internal audit leaders, such as audit management software tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop innovative and dynamic internal risk assessment and audit planning processes (including through the use of technology)
- Demonstrated experience working across risk and control groups to improve coordination and risk coverage
- Demonstrated experience developing audit coverage strategies for new and emerging risks
- Executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
