Phigenics
• Provide service and account management support for clients in a region • Take water tests and maintain equipment • Assist in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs • Analyze microbiological and water chemistry data • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to client requests • Perform minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment • Take on-site readings via testing instruments • Collect building water samples for lab cultures • Mentor or train peers once fully trained
Job Requirements
- Background in science, engineering, or mathematics preferred
- Ability to learn how to use equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant in water
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and directed

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits with patients according to the plan of care. • Prepare clinical/nursing notes and document patient interventions in both clinical and non-clinical records consistently. • Act as a clinical resource, working collaboratively with other pharmacy departments. • Maintain knowledge of drug side effects and interactions. • Offer telephone and in-person patient education on therapy protocols, drug side effects, and home infusion procedures. • Ensure patients understand their therapy plans, medications, and the importance of adherence. • During initial and ongoing consultations, serve as a patient liaison between the patient, their family, and the pharmacy to ensure a seamless therapy process. • Perform comprehensive, initial, and periodic head-to-toe assessments for patients and initiate preventative and rehabilitative care. • Use health assessment data, and input from the agency team, the physician, the patient, and the family to determine patient needs. • Manage patient and family expectations regarding services, outcomes, and discharge goals. • Establish primary and secondary diagnoses based on patient assessment and home health care focus. • Develop care plans with skilled interventions, medical supplies, and necessary services to meet goals. • Regularly evaluate patient progress, in collaboration with team members, and revise care plans as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Description The client is currently recruiting an Epidemiologist to assist in the coordination of communicable disease informatics related projects as a part of the Surveillance Systems and Informatics (SSI) Program within the Communicable and Environmental Disease and Emergency Preparedness (CEDEP) Division. This position will serve as an ELR Specialist for the SSI Program. The epidemiologist will support REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture), Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR), and other SSI informatics projects and initiatives. As a member of the SSI Program, this individual will get exposure and experience in the use and development of interoperability standards, like HL7, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of informatics projects including system integration. - Complete ELR onboarding using HL7 2.5.1 standards - Provide input on and manage various production monitoring tasks including alerts, dashboard development and maintenance, and issue identification. - Complete investigation of ELR processing issues independently and identify proposed solutions. - Work collaboratively with Rhapsody developers to enhance existing routes or define new routes for ELR processing. - Assist with processing of laboratory data submitted via our alternate file format (i.e., flat file). - Coordinate routine and ad hoc management of standard interoperability vocabulary within the disease surveillance system. - Act as liaison to downstream users of ELR data within TDH and CEDEP. - Support other ELR maintenance tasks (e.g parallel validation, LOINC code assignments, and production errors). Qualifications - Work experience with ELR onboarding and/or maintenance at a state or local health department, 1-3 years. - Work experience with Rhapsody or working to define specifications for Rhapsody developers, 1-3 years. - Experience writing statistical and analytical programming code in SAS, SQL, or R. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
