• Own UX problems end-to-end. Take work from discovery through execution with minimal oversight—framing the problem, validating direction, and delivering high-quality designs. • Lead your own research. Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and exploratory research; synthesize findings into clear insights that influence product direction. • Design with precision and speed. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make, leveraging AI tools to explore and iterate efficiently. • Work through ambiguity. Make thoughtful tradeoffs across usability, security, technical constraints, and business goals. • Prototype and validate early. Build lightweight prototypes and run quick, scrappy testing when needed to reduce risk and improve outcomes. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering. Collaborate as an equal partner, not a service function, to shape priorities and solutions. • Communicate clearly. Present research findings and design decisions to teammates and leaders with confidence and clarity. • Raise the bar. Contribute to UX standards, accessibility, and design systems, and help improve the overall quality and consistency of our products. • Mentor by example. Provide guidance and feedback to other designers through strong craft and thoughtful critique.

• Work closely with your trio (development and product management partners) as well as with key stakeholders across the portfolio. • Design end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, journey maps and detailed service blueprints. • Own customer outcomes and develop a cohesive, holistic vision for the user experience. • Facilitate design reviews, critiques and workshops to ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders. • Use user feedback and data to inform design decisions, collaborating with product management to define strategic direction. • Develop design concepts and solutions grounded in user needs, product vision, and technical capabilities. • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and maintain a curious mindset toward AI to experiment with and craft innovative design solutions focused on user outcomes.

• Own UX strategy and execution for complex, data-intensive workflows and dashboards • Design scalable, role-based SaaS experiences that simplify operational decision-making • Translate multi-source enterprise data into clear, confident user actions • Drive experimentation and iterative improvement using behavioral analytics and A/B testing • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders to align UX with measurable KPIs • Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma

• Own the end-to-end user experience across mysupply modules and related platforms, including internal operational tools and external customer applications (e.g., Salesforce-connected experiences). • Define and evolve UX patterns for dashboards, filters, tables, timelines, workflows, and analytics-heavy screens. • Ensure a coherent experience across internal and external users while accommodating different roles, permissions, and use cases. • Advocate for usability, clarity, accessibility, and data trust in product and design decisions. • Design complex data visualizations, dashboards, and KPI views that are scannable, comparable, and decision-oriented. • Conduct pragmatic, lightweight user research with internal users and customer-facing teams. • Partner closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to shape requirements and workflows. • Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, UI standards, and reusable patterns across mysupply and related applications.
