Senior Air and Noise Analyst

Title: Senior Air & Noise Analyst Location: A, PA, NC, SC, MD Job Description: ATCS is growing! Were looking for a Senior Air & Noise Analyst to join our team! This position can be performed remotely but will, ideally, be based in a state within the ATCS footprint (VA, PA, NC, SC, MD). This individual will conduct noise analyses and data collection for transportation projects, aid in scope development, field investigations, digitization of TNM inputs, etc. Duties: - Execute broad range of noise analysis and documentation efforts for projects in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. - Assess impacts to noise sensitive land uses on both transportation and/or point source noise projects. - Project and contract management to deliver task orders assigned as well assist in the maintenance and growth of our clients. - Serve a trusted point of contact for client coordination and interactions. - Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy and marketing coordination, as needed. - Support early career Air & Noise staff, serving as a trusted leader and mentor. Job Requirements: - BS in Environmental Science, GIS, Planning, Civil Engineering or another related field is required; MS degree is a plus - 5+ years performing transportation noise analysis - Prequalification to perform noise analyses for state DOT(s) highly desired - Substantial knowledge of state and federal (FHWA) noise policies and procedures - TNM 2.5 Training Certificate from a recognized organization - Proficiency ArcGIS/Applications/Word/Excel - Excellent communications skills and technical writing skills - Willingness to perform field & office work Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $90,900 per year. Please note that there is flexibility and offered salary will be commesurate with experience. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
