• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation. • Facilitate trade-off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value. • Ensure seamless communication between Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Owners. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery. • Continually improve delivery processes by defining success criteria, gathering signals from retrospectives, and implementing best practices. • Drive the development and prioritization of program milestones using data-driven insights and health metrics. • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- +7 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Project Management
- Experience driving programs within CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) environments
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action and measure program health
- Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
