• Identify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, while contributing to solution definition and impact assessment. • Write user stories, functional specifications, and supporting documentation required for project delivery. • Monitor project progress and ensure regular follow-up of actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. • Contribute to project committees and working meetings with project contributors and key stakeholders. • Define the acceptance strategy, validate functional test cases, support test execution, and ensure follow-up of testing activities. • Anticipate and manage actions related to product evolutions, ensuring proper coordination and business alignment. • Provide solution support, including documentation, training for support teams, and level 3 functional support when required. • Synchronize closely with development teams, including CSE, nearshore teams, and other contributors involved in delivery. • Monitor and coordinate work with IT partners responsible for interfacing or dependent applications.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a banking environment, with knowledge of the credit and operations area highly appreciated.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and clear project documentation.
- Knowledge of simple SQL queries and ability to work with API query tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent solutions
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, using tools such as JIRA and XRAY for requirements, delivery, and testing activities.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, rigor, and organization in managing responsibilities and follow-up actions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align key stakeholders around proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Fluency in French is mandatory, both written and spoken, with the ability to participate in French-only meetings and interact directly with French-speaking business users and stakeholders.
- Fluent English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international IT environment.
