• Manage acquisition process (sourcing, developing, and negotiating) for critical, complex categories ensuring competitive pricing, compliance with policies, limiting risk, and driving Total Procurement Value. • Partner with Senior Level Stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing and contract strategies. • Work with Manager – Service Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Team to review category spend. • Research and evaluate current suppliers and develop new suppliers based on quality, service, support, reliability, price, innovation, and value-added capabilities.
• Architect and implement solutions for marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SAS, and third-party tags/pixels • Design and optimize data warehousing and integration patterns for scalability • Translate requirements between business, technology, and operations, ensuring understanding and clarity • Drive proof-of-concept programs and hands-on technical leadership in cloud, serverless, and containerized environments • Guide teams in best practices for coding, DevOps, and security compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA) • Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture and documentation, including UML, ERD, and ADRs
• Communicating with the Marketing teams to obtain an understanding of services being procured from our vendors and understanding the status/timeline of delivery of services. • Act as a day-to-day finance partner providing proactive insights and decision support. • Analyze and project the financial performance of marketing initiatives in comparison to established goals. • Identify, assess, and communicate issues affecting sales and profitability. • Perform financial analysis of key marketing campaigns to influence strategic seasonal planning process and in-season optimization. • Prepare executive-ready materials and narratives to support senior-level discussions and reviews. • Manage performance management routines, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and forecast accuracy tracking. • Monitor marketing KPIs, such as customer acquisition costs (CAC) and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to optimize return on marketing spend.
