• Review and audit the work performed by Patient Advocates • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with program requirements and client expectations • Identify revenue recovery opportunities and surface actionable findings to leadership • Support the Patient Advocacy team with quality control function • Review rejected tasks in MAP on a daily basis • Verify that the correct rejection code was applied for each rejected task • Identify rejection code errors where the underlying enrollment, order, or claim remains actionable • Document and track quality findings to support identification of opportunities to improve patient advocacy workflows, tools, and services • Prepare audit finding reports and submit structured feedback to the Director of Patient Advocacy • Participate in calibration sessions to align audit standards with operational expectations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare, patient access, billing, or quality assurance environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with patient assistance programs, copay support, or pharmaceutical access programs is a plus
- Experience with healthcare Electronic Health Records (EHRs) such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts preferred
- Proficient computer skills with advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (assessment may be administered)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with audit tools, quality tracking systems, or case management platforms is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for errors and inconsistencies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting findings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Organizational discipline and ability to manage a high volume of audit cases
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows, program changes, and shifting priorities.

IT Manager – MSP & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary internal owner of the MSP relationship; manage scope, SLAs, ticket quality, escalations, and overall delivery performance. • Coordinate IT vendors and review scope and invoices for accuracy and value. • Provide the MSP and vendors with a single, consistent point of contact and accountability. • Coordinate IT projects and M&A site cutovers end to end: timelines, vendor scheduling, readiness checklists, and stakeholder communication (execution performed by the MSP and vendors). • Partner with the Project Manager on cross-functional tracking; owns the IT-specific delivery within those projects. • Coordinate rollout of standardized device images and practice-level application configuration (defined technically by the Director, executed by the MSP). • Triage and route incidents to the MSP, track resolution, and keep sites informed; act as the first internal point of contact for IT issues. • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and outputs from asset and visibility tooling. • Report status, risks, and vendor performance to the Director; escalate technical decisions rather than making them. • Apply technical literacy to read tickets, validate MSP work, and push credibly on SLAs and quality.
