Therapist Growth Consultant – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

UCSF Pediatrics

• Assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care • Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
  • Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
  • Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
  • Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
  • Arizona state residency required
