Psychiatric Medical Care

• Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, an RN Director, and a CNA to provide high-quality care to our Older Adult patients as ordered. • Participate in community education for the local medical facilities and other community groups on the importance of behavioral health for all, including older adults. • Work with the program team to facilitate treatment team meetings; develop and update the patient-centered treatment plan; produce compliant documentation in a prescribed timeline.

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population. • Filling in as needed via telehealth when the full-time therapist is on PTO • Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team • Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame • Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include: Individual sessions Family therapy (as needed) Other duties as assigned

• Directly supervise the Program Directors within the designated region. • Work with hospital leadership to implement IOPs (Intensive Outpatient Programs) and manage multiple programs within the designated region. • Work with PMC Senior Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, CFO, and Chief Clinical Officer to monitor financial accountability, ongoing financial success, and the implementation of new programs. • Maintain regular and positive contact with Hospital administration within the designated region. • Lead, coach, and manage programs within the designated region through monthly regional calls, monthly on-site visits, and weekly connections. • Work with PMC clinical team to oversee all programs’ compliance, regulations, and training, ensuring programs meet compliance measures and regulations. • Work as a liaison between programs and PMC corporate staff and leadership team. • Participate in weekly calls with the SRD and PMC leadership. • Partner with PMC and Hospital HR team for staff development and recruitment. • Serve in a temporary leadership role when a vacancy occurs within the designated region. • Partner with hospital CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, and other high-level decision-makers to monitor programs during implementation and ongoing operations to ensure success. • Works with Program Development Director, Communications & Marketing Director, and Program Directors to coordinate public relations and community education needs.
