• Own the Source-to-Pay and inventory management workstream on a S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation. • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops covering procurement and inventory processes. • End-to-end configuration of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt workflows. • Supplier master data setup, purchasing contracts, and supplier evaluation and performance monitoring. • Core inventory and stock management configuration across all 4 legal entities. • Design integration touchpoints between Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI). • Oversee data migration for vendor master records and open purchase orders. • Deliver end-user training for procurement and inventory users during the Deploy phase.

• Develop and perform specific analyses for the specific area of expertise • Evaluate business forecasts and pinpoint any areas of vulnerability of company requirements • Hold a procurement kick-off meeting with the Procurement team after the initial Kick-Off held by the Program Manager advising of the scope of the award and expectations on order placement • Ensure the appropriate contract flow-downs are identified and passed on to Purchasing • Interact with Program Management on Program Cost issues and required details • Monitor Target Costs against Proposal Costs • Consolidate requisitions as much as possible to obtain leverage pricing • Review open requisitions weekly and meet with appropriate Commodity Manager on the open requisitions • Review placement to requisition need date and length of time in purchasing • Advise planning, engineering and drafting of item master errors, updates, or omissions in relation to mil-specs or new or obsolete items • Advise planning, engineering and contracts of changes in prices or lead times that make and produce cost-prohibitive or lead times detrimental to production cycles • Assist with communication between buyers, suppliers and Program teams • Monitor weekly Program meetings for any “potential” issues that can be addressed early on • Expedite critical components to ensure on-time deliveries • Look for creative ways to improve purchasing ability to make contributions to the company’s goals • Improve understanding of purchasing relationship to the over-all company plans and strategy • Represent Supply Chain during customer negotiations and customer program reviews; review and validate any bids; supply copies of POs/LOCs; prepare charts for Customer presentations • Utilize Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI to transform DataMart raw data into manageable information

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providers • Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival • Communicate shipment status with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teams • Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, customs paperwork, invoices) • Coordinate final-mile delivery and ensure successful handoff • Receive, review, and process product quality claims and shipment discrepancies • Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics coordination • Enter and manage customer orders within the Order Management system • Maintain accurate records in ERP and logistics systems • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to shipments, claims, and operations

• Support the end to end materials ‘Must Win’ quoting process for strategic customer bids • Work with internal and external customers to resolve product data integrity issues • Develop and deploy effective sourcing strategies with various teams • Deliver competitive and timely material pricing solutions • Lead and support process improvement initiatives
