As part of Block's Solutions Engineering team, you will be a senior technical leader driving complex partner and merchant integrations. You'll work directly with business development, sales, and product teams to deeply understand customer needs, showcase our APIs and services, and solve challenging technical problems that accelerate adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering or related field required. - MES experience (Apriso or equivalent). - Experience with manufacturing processes or past exposure to manufacturing environment. - Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a project management role. - Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments. - Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, and SQL).
