IT Project Manager
Corporate Relations — IIT Delhi
• Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-close integration • Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of target companies • Develop detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals and deal strategy • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and acquired entities to ensure alignment and communication • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data migration, system compatibility, cybersecurity, and compliance • Drive user adoption and change management strategies to support smooth transitions • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and KPIs • Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in integration activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on M&A integrations
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional IT projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with data migration, system consolidation, and IT compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across global teams
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
