• Represent Clay in enterprise client calls covering deployment, integrations, performance, security, compliance, and infrastructure topics; • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and Clay's development team; • Prepare client-facing technical documentation, including implementation approaches, platform recommendations, technical requirements, and integration overviews; • Review technical documentation before client delivery and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information; • Respond to client questions regarding security, analytics, integrations, hosting, and platform capabilities; • Evaluate and document technology platform recommendations, including CMS selection and migration considerations; • Support discussions around SSO, identity management, hosting infrastructure, and deployment planning; • Facilitate release planning discussions and coordinate between client stakeholders and Clay's development team; • Conduct post-launch reviews and prepare supporting reports and documentation; • Support analytics, privacy, and localization initiatives by coordinating requirements, validating implementations, and gathering information needed for client and internal teams.

We’re looking for a highly motivated **Middle+/Senior Frontend Developer **to join our team remotely or at our office in Belgrade.**Our ideal candidate has strong experience in web development and cares deeply about building high-quality products. We place great emphasis on UX and solid business logic in everything we build. **Our tech stack:** React, Next.js, TypeScript. We’re also actively involved in R&D, where we create custom interactive components and maintain our internal library. In addition to client projects, we’re looking for someone who is interested in working with APIs and contributing to internal tools and solutions.

• Deliver the end-to-end user experience of digital products and marketing websites. • Work conceptually and iteratively with direction from Design Directors. • Execute world-class design for a wide array of clients.

• Manage content and promotion for the Clay blog, including publishing new articles, updating and improving existing content, and promoting posts on social media. • Support SEO tasks: work with keywords, sourcing and purchasing backlinks, and identifying new websites for link-building opportunities. • Content creation with SEO focus: creating content for websites, updating and improving this content, and supporting the blog. • Maintain and update backlink databases, monitor performance, and assist with SEO campaigns. • Work with press releases: support preparation and publication to promote Clay’s initiatives. • Assist with website content management through CMS platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with overall strategy.

• Independently manage multiple digital projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget; • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle; • Lead project meetings, clearly communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; • Ensure projects are properly scoped, estimated, resourced, and executed in alignment with client expectations and internal standards; • Drive cross-functional collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals; • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track performance against defined metrics; • Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions when needed; • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all artifacts are structured and accessible; • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with our development team to build out new site admin panels. • Refine existing administrative tools for internal projects and clients.
