Lead Consultant

• Analyze client business challenges related to product information management and omnichannel product experience. • Define and recommend comprehensive PXM strategies, including roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans. • Advise clients on optimizing business processes, product data governance, and product lifecycle management. • Lead strategic discovery phases and ensure stakeholder alignment, including executive-level stakeholders. • Ensure recommendations and deliverables align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. • Drive and support the successful implementation of PIM solutions. • Design and oversee complex PXM solutions integrating PIM, DAM, PLM, eCommerce, and related systems. • Collaborate with solution architects, eCommerce consultants, and technical experts to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. • Manage the structure, prioritization, and evolution of strategic backlogs. • Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance, outcomes, and ROI. • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables aligned with Valtech standards. • Act as both platform expert and project lead to deliver high-quality implementations. • Lead PIM platform adoption strategies, including planning, training, and change management initiatives. • Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure sustainable platform usage. • Support client teams in achieving operational autonomy. • Develop and maintain deep expertise in PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, and Salsify. • Act as a PXM subject matter expert internally, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices. • Contribute to the evolution of PXM offerings, methodologies, and tools. • Maintain relevant certifications within the PXM ecosystem. • Mentor and support consultants across junior, intermediate, and senior levels. • Provide functional oversight to teams across client engagements. • Contribute to competency development, mentorship programs, and performance growth. • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability. • Identify and qualify opportunities for commerce and digital transformation services. • Actively support the sales cycle (scoping, solutioning, costing, and client presentations) in collaboration with Account and Sales Directors. • Contribute to the growth and strategy of the Commerce & Digital practice. • Support the positioning and visibility of PXM expertise in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in PXM / PIM consulting, including strategy definition and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in product data management, product lifecycle, and omnichannel experience.
  • Experience working with PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, Salsify, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery phases and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions (PIM, DAM, PLM, eCommerce).
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and operating models.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
