Role Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Retail and Fashion industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions. - Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. - Analyze existing retail and fashion business processes and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with business users, product teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off. - Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. - Support Agile delivery teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification. - Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business goals. - Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications. Qualifications - 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. - Strong experience in Retail and Fashion/Apparel domain. - Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis. - Strong understanding of: - Retail Operations - Merchandising - Inventory Management - Supply Chain Management - Order Management - Point of Sale (POS) - E-commerce & Omnichannel Retail - Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and use cases. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Preferred Skills - Experience working with Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or Retail brands. - Exposure to ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, or Retail Management Systems. - Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools. - Experience in digital transformation projects. - CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. - MBA or relevant Business Analysis certifications preferred.
