• Manage moderately complex projects and support long-term operational initiatives • Execute tasks, improve processes, and ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives • Communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates • Analyze operational issues, identify trends, and recommend standard solutions for improvement based on established procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program, project, or contract management
- Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
- Ability to manage projects of moderate complexity and contribute to long-term initiatives with minimal supervision
- Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
