Marketing Creative Specialist

• This position is responsible for developing and producing creative assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, brand awareness efforts, customer communications, and digital marketing programs across OneSource Life Sciences. • The Marketing Creative Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Line Leaders, and business stakeholders to create compelling visual content and customer-facing materials that support business objectives. • This role serves as the primary creative resource for the marketing team, supporting digital, print, presentation, web, and email initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of graphic design, creative services, marketing design, or related experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across print, digital, presentation, web, and campaign design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong PowerPoint design experience, including presentation development, template creation, and master slide design.
  • Experience working with website content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) assets.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video and motion graphics software.
  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, scientific services, or technical industries.
