Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, Chief of Staff, executive support, consulting, or similar high-accountability environments. - Proven ability to lead through influence, coordinate leaders across teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment, accountability, and execution in fast-moving environments. - Exceptional organizational and operational prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with ambiguity. - Experience working in fast-growing startups or high-growth environments where priorities shift frequently and structure is continuously evolving. - Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority. - Comfortable serving as an extension of senior leadership and handling sensitive information with discretion. - Experience creating operational systems, documentation, processes, SOPs, and workflows. - Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Notion or similar platforms. Benefits - Work directly alongside the General Manager as a trusted strategic and operational partner. - Gain visibility into high-level decision-making, company operations, and leadership processes. - Lead meaningful initiatives that directly influence company performance and growth. - Help shape and improve systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness as the company continues to scale.
