Role Description Join us as we empower the world to work out, creating healthier lives together. We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator based in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area to support our growing Multi-Housing and Hospitality segments . This role plays a critical part in bridging sales and execution—ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from initial quote through installation and beyond. This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel throughout Florida and the Southeast region . As our Customer Solutions Coordinator, you will: - Partner with Field Sales Reps to support active opportunities and existing accounts - Help move deals forward through coordination, follow-ups, and customer communication - Assist with basic design coordination, quoting, and order readiness - Support on-site installation follow-up and act as a customer-facing point of contact - Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers - Identify and escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications - 0-3 years of experience in sales support, customer-facing roles, hospitality, construction coordination, or similar - Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills - Comfort working on-site with customers and cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel regularly within Florida and the Southeast region - Must be based in Florida (Miami / Ft.
