Medical Economics Analytics Manager
Trillium Health Resources
• Manage Trillium Health Resources Medical Economics MLR and IBNR reporting and ensure compliance with related regulations, standards, and policies. • Work with the Director of Medical Economics to model the financial impacts of policy changes and clinical decisions. • Develop and promote best practices and drive innovation through various types of data. • Oversee the development of Medical Economics reporting and participate in various organization-wide process improvement initiatives. • Provide direct supervision to analytics staff, including conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, and implementing hiring, discipline and termination procedures.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in a business-related field and three (3) years of experience with budgets, extensive claims filing and data reporting, rate management, network support, or contract administration; OR Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and one (1) year of experience with budgets, extensive claims filing and data reporting, rate management, network support, or contract administration; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Preferred: Master’s degree
- Seven (7) years’ experience in the healthcare industry and five (5) years’ experience with healthcare analytics, statistics, or data management and one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Supervisory experience of two (2) or more employees
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nous cherchons un freelance pour en poser les fondations data, aux côtés de la product manager et de l'équipe de dev. - Explorer et fiabiliser les données issues des systèmes d'information des magasins (sources hétérogènes, formats et granularités variables). - Identifier et construire les indicateurs utiles aux magasins, et les premières briques de détection d'anomalies. - Concevoir le modèle de données utilisé par le produit. - Accompagner la product manager dans l'identification des besoins, et l'équipe de dev dans la conception de la solution. Qualifications - Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer, un plus si tu connais le retail. - Maîtrise de la modélisation de données et SQL. - Maîtrise de BigQuery (indispensable) ; connaître dbt est un plus. - Des compétences ou connaissances en data engineering sont un plus. - À l'aise avec la data visualisation, quel que soit l'outil. - Autonome et capable de structurer en partant d'une feuille blanche.
