Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, etc.) are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the focal point for process improvement opportunities across the assigned organization. - Identify, map, and document critical business processes, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and standardization. - Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). - Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including cost-benefit analyses and change management plans. - Facilitate and lead process improvement projects, workshops, and Kaizen events to drive measurable results. - Establish and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, dashboards, audits) to monitor adherence and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are adopted and sustained. - Facilitate training and guidance for staff on new or revised processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Ensure all process documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards. - Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership. - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and documentation. - Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. - Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. - Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. - Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
