• Revenue Ownership: With assistance of CEO + ops team, research, propose and close ~$56,600 in monthly core advertising related revenue and other revenue streams. • Consultative Pitching: Use our "Dead Reckoner" pricing matrix and "Product Archive", industry research and assistance from the ops team to build and deliver high-impact proposals. • Relationship Management: Potential regional travel (KL, Jakarta, etc.) to see our clients. • Inbound Response: Act as the first responder for new business inquiries and opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Sales & Account Management Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
- Portfolio Handling: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, with exposure to portfolios worth significant annual revenue.
- Consultative Pitching: Strong skills in building proposals, delivering presentations, and tailoring solutions to client needs using data and industry insights.
- Regional Exposure: Willingness to travel within Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia for client meetings and relationship management.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling inbound inquiries, negotiations, and client retention.
- Results Orientation: Comfortable working with KPIs such as monthly revenue targets, proposal volume, and client meetings.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the CEO and operations team to achieve revenue goals and support business growth.
Benefits
- Incentive 1: Once you close at least SGD 56,600 in monthly sales, you will receive an additional SGD 1,500.
- Incentive 2: Beyond this threshold, you will earn commissions on extra revenue — 5% for existing business and 10% for new business.
