Frequently called upon to take a leadership role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise. Drives project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models. Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring delivery commitments are met and client expectations are effectively managed. Owns risk identification and mitigation planning, escalating critical issues with well-defined recommendations and impact assessments. Manages project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project burn rate to ensure alignment with scope. Proactively communicates budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders.
