Regional Practice Director
Ensemble Health Partners
• Provide oversight for multiple practices to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, quality outcomes, and contractual performance. • Own regional performance metrics including productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and margin. • Partner with Practice and Site Leaders to identify performance gaps, implement action plans, and sustain improvements. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate responsibility standards. • Lead, coach, and develop Practice Directors and site-level leaders. • Model and reinforce The Ensemble Difference by consistently demonstrating integrity, accountability, and respect. • Act as a regional ambassador to clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and responsiveness. • Drive operational innovation and best-practice sharing across practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or multi-site management.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple locations or practices with full P&L accountability.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
- Willingness and ability to meet extensive travel expectations.

• Lead and own all in vitro and in vivo non-clinical toxicology activities (non-GLP & GLP) for multiple programs • Design and communicate customized toxicology strategies for each program • Attend program meetings, collaborate with cross-functional team leads, and guide project team leaders regarding toxicology and safety plans and timelines • Plan, design, and oversee the execution of all outsourced CRO collaborations for toxicology and safety studies • Manage, edit, and finalize collaborators’ (CRO) study reports • Analyze, interpret, present, and communicate all preclinical toxicology and safety study findings • Make key recommendations to project teams for mitigation strategies and next steps • Author high-quality regulatory documents to support filings such as IND, CTA, NDA, and IB
• Report into the SVP, Strategy & BD on business strategy, competitive intelligence, and special projects • Learn quickly the scientific, operational, and external-facing facets of BBOT programs • Set, prioritize, and manage milestones & deliverables • Interpret, synthesize, and communicate key data findings succinctly • Identify problems, locate the resources, and find data-driven solutions independent of supervision
