• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for high-volume sales and technical roles • Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and creative outreach techniques • Conduct initial candidate screens via phone or video to assess culture fit, availability, and role alignment • Represent the recruitment function on client-facing calls and interviews, communicating professionally on behalf of the business • Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to align sourcing strategies with role requirements and business priorities • Track sourcing activity, outreach metrics, and pipeline health within the ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Contribute to job description development and candidate-facing messaging to attract the right talent • Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from first touch through to handoff
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience from within a recruitment agency (non-negotiable)
- Proven sourcing capability across both sales and technology roles, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to hold client-facing conversations and participate in formal interviews
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously without loss of quality or attention to detail
- Fully remote-ready with demonstrated experience working in distributed teams across US or UK time zones
- Proficient with remote work tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS or CRM platforms
