Role Description We’re looking for a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on hiring senior developers and other technical roles across our brands. This role plays a key part in scaling our development teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent. Key Responsibilities - Sourcing & Outreach - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals - Identify and engage passive candidates, particularly senior-level developers - Build and manage a long-term talent network for key technical roles - Screening & Assessment - Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews for technical and cultural fit - Coordinate technical assessments in collaboration with engineering leads - Ensure candidates have a smooth and transparent recruitment experience - Interview Coordination & Support - Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers and team members - Keep hiring managers aligned and updated throughout the process - Track candidates using Manatal or internal tracking sheets - Stakeholder Collaboration - Align closely with People team and Development team on hiring needs - Keep up to date with market insights and candidate trends and refine job descriptions and hiring strategies - Educate hiring managers on best practices in structured interviews and evaluations - Process Improvement & Documentation - Keep accurate records of sourcing, interviews, and notes - Suggest improvements for candidate experience and recruitment workflows - Help define pipelines and benchmarks for recurring technical roles (e.g., frontend, backend, DevOps) Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house) - Proven success hiring long-term developers (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps, etc.), preferably at the senior level - Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods Benefits - Fully Remote Work – Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection - Healthcare Coverage – We provide health benefits for you and your family's well-being - Leave Days, Vacation Time, and Paid Holidays – Recharge and take the time you need - Equipment Funds – Get support to set up or upgrade your home office - Profit Sharing – Monthly and annual bonuses tied to company performance - Long-Term Employment – We value team members who grow with us - Collaborative Team Culture – Work with a supportive and globally distributed team
