• Drive the technical lifecycle for key accounts, ensuring deep adoption of the Cloudera Data Services platform and the realization of business outcomes. • Design, implement, and oversee production-ready data architectures and AI/ML frameworks for high-volume, mission-critical workloads. • Bridge the gap between AI theory and production by deploying MLOps workflows, LLM integrations, and Agentic AI within complex live environments. • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex technical hurdles while providing guidance to customer teams on best practices. • Act as a conduit between the field and the lab, translating real-world production challenges into actionable feedback for Cloudera’s Engineering and Product teams. • Represent Cloudera as a thought leader, sharing advanced architectural insights through blogs, industry events, and internal knowledge repositories.

• Define overall SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution architecture. • Lead business and solution design workshops. • Develop target-state architecture aligned with business objectives. • Ensure alignment with SAP GROW methodology and SAP Best Practices. • Promote clean-core principles and standard SAP capabilities. • Guide end-to-end business process design across various areas like Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Lead-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Project-to-Profit, Service-to-Cash. • Establish architecture standards and design principles. • Review and approve solution designs across all workstreams. • Provide guidance across multiple functional areas. • Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP APIs and Event-Based Integrations. • Participate in project governance and steering committee meetings.

• Design detailed, end-to-end technical solutions aligned to project goals, enterprise architecture, and technology standards • Develop solution roadmaps, technical architectures, and design documentation • Perform solution design validation, debugging, and performance analysis • Lead and support proof-of-concept (POC) development to validate proposed solutions • Provide technical leadership to development and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle • Review and validate solution designs from team members to ensure quality and consistency • Collaborate with development teams to guide solution implementation, integration, and deployment • Document and promote best practices and reusable solution patterns • Support BPA/task order kick-offs, including preparation of agendas and meeting documentation • Ensure deliverables meet contractual, quality assurance, and reporting requirements • Support cloud-based architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms • Assist in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation and continuous improvement • Ensure solutions meet federal security, privacy, and compliance requirements (including HHS policies and Section 508) • Support system transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities • Assist in operations and maintenance (O&M) planning and sustainment
