Role Description We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who combines strong visual craft and product thinking to design high-converting web experiences that drive measurable acquisition results. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and registration flows. - Background that includes hands-on work with conversion metrics, A/B tests, qualitative research, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and analysts. - Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) landing pages, marketing websites, home pages, and registration flows demonstrating modern visual craft and conversion-focused thinking. - Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, composition) with a clear sense of modern web design trends and references. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design, asset preparation, and image editing. - Hands-on experience improving registration and sign-up flows by identifying friction through qualitative research and shipping iterative improvements. - Experience designing for acquisition, growth, or conversion-focused contexts with measurable impact. - Good qualitative research skills, including session recording analysis, heatmap interpretation, user interviews, and usability testing, with the ability to translate observations into actionable design hypotheses. - Proficiency in building user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and communicate complex flows. - Experience creating app store creatives (screenshots, feature graphics, listing assets) for App Store and Google Play, with familiarity with ASO visual best practices. - Practical experience designing for both WordPress (page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg, reusable block patterns, dynamic content) and custom frontend hand-off, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers across both stacks. - Proficiency in designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile, grounded in user-centered design principles and information architecture. - Experience working within established design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) and proficiency in Figma for prototyping and rapid iteration. - Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products, with understanding of how localization affects layout, typography, content density, and visual hierarchy. - Proficient English skills (B2+ level) both written and spoken, with strong communication, teamwork, and a user-focused mindset with attention to detail. Requirements - Experience working with FinTech products will be a plus. - Illustration skills, with the ability to create custom illustrations or thoughtfully compose layouts using existing illustration assets. - Experience designing gamification mechanics. - Experience creating microinteractions and lightweight UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools). - Experience using AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Krea, Runway, Figma AI plugins, Claude, or similar) in your design workflow.
