Program Manager – Food & Retail
WM
• Partner with the National Account Manager (NAM) in support of new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers and the addition of new services. • Drive profitable new revenue by proposing client and site-specific solutions. • Oversee contract compliance. • Execute CPI increases across client book of business where contractually allowed. • Educate clients on local regulatory compliance trends and requirements (e.g., mandatory recycling). • Act as a client resource to escalate and address operational level activities including billing, set-up and service requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree,
- High School Diploma GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 5 years of related experience (in addition to education requirement).
- SBS Knowledge – MAS, Acorn, Image Silo, Elements, Sales Cloud
