Role Description Step into one of Phiture's most impactful roles. As a Growth Lead, you won't just manage a team, you'll own the strategic direction of your pod and be the driving force behind your clients' growth. This is a senior leadership position where your ability to connect the dots across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention shapes real outcomes. You'll be the person who makes the call, pushes the work forward, and earns the trust of both your team and your clients. What You'll Do - Lead with conviction: Own the strategy for your pod. Make the decisions, set the direction, and create the conditions for your team to do their best work. - Drive client success: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention. Own your clients' KPIs and north star goals. - Handle the hard stuff: Navigate difficult client conversations, manage crises under pressure, and push back when something isn't working. - Mentor your seniors: Delegate meaningfully, coach Senior Consultants to grow, and build a team that holds each other accountable. - Solve problems structurally: Take messy inputs and turn them into clear, actionable plans. - Monitor what matters: Set KPIs, track performance across accounts, and course-correct fast. - Innovate with AI: Use generative AI tools to improve team workflows and efficiencies. - Grow the business: Support pitches and business development, accurately scope new work, and set your team up for a strong start. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing, with a strong track record in strategic leadership. - Deep expertise in at least one core discipline: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention, with real hands-on experience. - Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members, building trust and driving performance. - Strong client management experience across multiple markets. - Structured problem-solving skills: ability to take ambiguous information and build a clear path forward. - Commercial awareness: understanding of revenue drivers and project risks. - Comfort and experience with generative AI tools. - A hands-on mindset when it counts. • Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for your business line. • Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives. • Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives. • Monitor performance and quickly identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks. • Lead Cross-Functional Execution collaborating with Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, Community Management, Partnerships & Affiliates, Organic Social Media, and Creative teams. • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making by analyzing funnel performance and business metrics. • Launch major growth initiatives and ensure that projects move forward by removing blockers.
• Own and grow Pactum's marketing-sourced pipeline and website conversion end to end- from first touch to won deal. • Construct a multi-channel demand engine across paid social, PPC, intent display, ABM, nurture, and outbound. • Define the ideal customer profile and lock the target account list with Sales. • Build and manage the full growth tech stack. • Own A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. • Work directly with Sales, SDRs, and Alliances to close the MQL → SQL → won deal loop.
