Role Description Plan, supervise, and perform work associated with building architectural/engineering initiatives and projects on time and at a high-quality level. Responsible for managing internal architectural team and consultants working on assigned projects. Prepare drawings and manage efforts related to new store prototypes, facility improvements, store life cycle management, remodels, refreshes, and rebuilds. Responsibilities - Coordinate and ensure successful completion of store development and design process from LOI to construction, including cross-discipline project efforts with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil, and architectural consultants as well as internal stakeholders. Prepare CAD drawings for new store prototypes, improvement rollouts, rebuilds, remodels, refreshes, “go-backs”, and others as required. - Complete review of building plans for thoroughness, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards.
