Role Description Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona. You’ll join a product-led motion with real demand already in the system: thousands of companies and builders signed up to Nuitée in the last year, tested the product, and started integrating on their own. The opportunity now is to build the GTM machine around that demand: - How we track it - Understand it - Prioritise it - Turn the right accounts into revenue Until now, Nuitée has mainly grown through sales-led and network-led channels. Product-led growth is newer, and the infrastructure behind it is still open to build: - Website and product tracking - Enrichment - Scoring - Routing - Dashboards - Automations - AI-assisted workflows You start from a mostly blank page, working directly with Gian, our VP Growth, to build the operating system behind this new growth motion. What makes it interesting for you: - You build Nuitée’s product-led GTM machine from scratch. - You work with real demand from day one. - You decide how we track, score, enrich, route, and convert that demand. - You partner directly with Gian, our VP Growth. - You use AI as a real lever: dashboards, workflow prototypes, enrichment, research, and automation. - Your work sits close to revenue. Nuitée was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and has grown 10x since 2022. There is a lot to build at the next stage, and this role sits close to one of the biggest commercial opportunities in the business. The kind of problems you will work on: - Which companies are signing up, testing the API, or starting to integrate, and which ones have real commercial potential? - How do we connect PostHog, HubSpot, website data, product usage, enrichment tools, and dashboards into one useful view? - What should trigger a sales conversation, nurture flow, SDR follow-up, or Slack alert? - How do we enrich lead and account data automatically? - Which verticals are converting, and how do we double down on them? You will build the tracking, workflows, dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted systems that help Growth and Sales act faster and make better decisions. If you see a gap and immediately start thinking about how to fix it, and if building something from zero gives you energy, this is the role. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a growth marketing role that became progressively more technical. - Solid with SQL, comfortable with APIs and basic scripting. - Familiar with tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery. - Experience using AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit to build things faster. - Have built something on your own, even outside of work. - Do not need structure handed to you; you figure out what needs to exist and go build it. - Come from B2B SaaS or an API-first company.
