• Conduct regular quality audits on Sales and Onboarding calls. • Provide detailed quality monitoring scorecards and actionable feedback. • Deliver coaching sessions to improve operational performance. • Document coaching sessions, ensuring accountability and corrective action implementation. • Prepare and maintain reports to track quality trends and team productivity. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent QA standards. • Assist in refining sales and onboarding strategies through quality insights.

• Manage a portfolio of founder-clients and their ongoing digital marketing project requests • Guide clients through available services and help them identify the best solutions for their business needs • Gather, clarify, and refine project briefs before work begins • Translate client requirements into actionable instructions for production teams • Coordinate project flow across websites, funnels, social media content, graphic design, online courses, and other deliverables • Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects moving • Manage scope, expectations, and delivery conversations with confidence • Review deliverables prior to client release to ensure alignment with project requirements • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and delivery standards as the business scales

• Support a premium US-based Medical Spa by managing patient experience & communication through various channels • Schedule consultations and treatment appointments, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on bookings • Respond rapidly to new inquiries and consultation requests, nurture prospective patients through the booking process • Conduct post-treatment follow-up communications and maintain accurate patient records • Assist with review generation and online reputation management, as well as marketing initiatives

• Generate video scenes from scripts and prompts using AI tools (Higgsfield, Kling 3.0, Claude) • Edit and assemble those scenes into finished ads in Premiere Pro • Add light motion design: text animation, transitions, captions, and simple compositing • Sync music, sound, and pacing, and apply basic colour and audio clean-up • Produce ads in both 9:16 vertical (paid social) and 16:9 (YouTube)

• Design and document principled architectures, balancing deterministic logic, ML, and LLMs. • Build scalable, reliable workflows across no-code and custom services. • Implement explainable, traceable allocation and matching systems with human-in-the-loop escalation. • Own schemas, pipelines, and integrations across SaaS systems. • Develop CRMs, dashboards, and operational tools using low-code and framework code. • Implement approval systems, audit trails, and compliance-ready event logs. • Deliver automated reporting, structured logs, metrics, and monitoring. • Ship production-ready LLM features with evaluation harnesses and cost/latency optimization. • Own production reliability, incident response, and enforce strict access controls. • Lead projects end-to-end — discovery, design, build, rollout, training, and optimization.

• Validate brand colors, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and logo usage against brand guidelines • Assess visual balance, contrast, readability, and image quality (HD, non-repetitive, non-obvious stock) • Confirm correct use of icons, brand elements, and templates across every asset • Verify all assets meet platform specifications — dimensions, ratios, and export formats • Review copy for brand voice consistency, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and engagement • Ensure all deliverables are complete and relevant to campaign goals • Own the final go / no-go decision before every handoff
