• Your Mission: Deliver complex stories by end of sprint • Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, advancing best practices, identifying blockers, and mentoring peers and more junior team members. • Deliver Value: Perform thorough functional testing, regression testing, edge case testing and (where possible) basic api or automation testing. • Work Autonomously: Write detailed test cases, develop testing reports and develop robust testing plans. • Provide Guidance: Support more junior team members in performing documentation and testing techniques. • Client Interactions: Confidently present full test plans and sprint reports, documenting overall product status.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: demonstrable proficiency with the following:
  • Manual testing
  • Postman
  • Managing test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Additional knowledge and experience in AI assisted testing (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot etc.) is a nice to have
  • Practical Experience: 3-5 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects, including ongoing adherence of best practices, leading and executing manual testing for web and mobile applications, and leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Client Leadership: Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
  • Outcome Orientation: Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects impact.
  • Relevant Education: may include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
