CRM Administrator Intern

• Managing and customizing the CRM platform to meet the organization's needs. • Supporting users in using the system effectively. • Providing support and troubleshooting for users, including answering questions and resolving issues. • Analyzing data to gain insights into team productivity, effectiveness, and operation. • Working with other teams to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions. • Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools. • Setting up processes to manage and protect customer and business data. • Providing training to administration, staff, and faculty.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Interpersonal skills: The ability to work with people of different technical skills
  • Communication: The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
