Construction Project Manager
Ryder System, Inc.
• Responsible for the management of various projects from commercial buildings, industrial buildings and warehouses • Duties include budgeting, buyout, scheduling, permitting, construction coordination and project closeouts • Create the project timelines and schedules • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with contractors and extended project team • Prepare the construction estimates for the RCE's • Maintain upkeep of project budgets turned in weekly for review
Job Requirements
- Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the 12-week program
- Currently participating in DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship
- Three (3) years or more relevant experience in military or other supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field preferred
- Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports preferred
- Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Business or Finance
