• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring projects meet customer timelines and expectations. • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective reporting, conferencing, and on-site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Work closely with project teams, vendors, sub-contractors, and Elements staff to achieve project success through positive teamwork and mutual support. • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial and timeline success. • Manage RFI and submittal processes, and ensure the project is progressing efficiently through proactive communication with team members and clients. • Keep track of key project documents and maintain accurate records, providing necessary updates for forecasting, invoicing, and project reports.
