Wir suchen dich: - Bei uns fallen immer wieder größere Projekte an, für die wir kurzfristig, aber auch über einen längeren Zeitraum Unterstützung brauchen. - Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Mandantenbuchhaltung gesammelt, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r. - Der Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware ist für dich Routine. - Du arbeitest auch bei größeren Belegmengen strukturiert und zuverlässig. - Du hast Erfahrung mit Auslandsbelegen und bringst entsprechendes Fachwissen mit. - Wichtig ist uns, dass du vormittags für die Abstimmung mit dem Team zur Verfügung stehst. - Die Bearbeitung der Belege kannst du dir im Anschluss flexibel einteilen, auch in den Nachmittag hinein. - Da unsere Projekte einen entsprechenden Umfang haben, setzen wir mindestens 25 bis 30 Stunden im Monat voraus. - Was als Projekteinsatz beginnt, kann sich bei entsprechender Eignung gerne zu einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit entwickeln. Qualifications - Du hast Erfahrung in der Mandantenbuchhaltung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r – vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung ist uns ebenso willkommen. - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungssystemen wie Agenda, Addison, DATEV oder Lexware. - Du hast bereits Auslandsbelege gebucht und kennst dich mit umsatzsteuerlichen Besonderheiten wie Reverse Charge aus. - Du arbeitest zuverlässig, genau und eigenverantwortlich, auch bei größerem Arbeitsaufkommen. - Du bist vormittags für die Abstimmung mit dem Team verfügbar. Role Description The State and Local Tax Indirect Tax Accounting Specialist specializes in monthly state sales and use tax compliance. Routine activities include: - Reviewing and uploading data for sales tax compliance - Preparing, filing, and remitting sales tax returns - Following up on state notices - Creating deliverables for sales tax compliance work - Occasional bookkeeping functions with reconciliation of sales tax payable accounts Familiarity with multi-state sales tax compliance is mandatory, and familiarity with basic accounting procedures is preferred. Regular interaction with clients to provide assistance and training based on client sales tax needs, as directed by the manager.
