• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in the French market • You develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN and More brand identity and resonates with our target audience in France • You work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure our social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy • You analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement • You ensure that our brand messages remains consistent across all social media channels, keeping our audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns • You build up our accounts for the French and French speaking Swiss market and ensure engagement with the community • You spot digital trends and viral formats early • You travel to local events and creator Content Houses in France to capture authentic on-site content • You collaborate closely with our HQ team to keep international brand messages aligned
Job Requirements
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- You bring 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and have successfully managed social media campaigns for brands (preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry)
- You have a deep understanding of key social media platforms and tools and know how to create content that appeals to various audiences
- You are skilled in social media data analysis and use insights to continuously optimize your strategies
- You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally and you are and are familiar with the specifics of the French market
- You are a native French speaker, speak very good German, and have good English skills
