• As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources, you will be part of our nationwide HR team. • You will support both recruiting and personnel administration in day-to-day operations. • You will work closely with our recruiters and HR administrators. • You will assist the recruiting team with creating and publishing job postings and with applicant management. • You will review documents and handle communication with candidates. • You will assist with administrative tasks. • You will support your team in maintaining employee master data, preparing certificates, and with administrative tasks related to contracts and HR correspondence. • You will participate in various HR projects, for example in employer branding or process optimization.
