• Generate new business through developing relationships and closing business with executive level decision makers. • Utilize sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and a hunter sales mentality. • Serve as a trusted advisor by consistently identifying your customer’s needs and pain-points through effective discovery. • Work closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for supporting you with a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to communicate and demonstrate the benefits of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makers. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs. • Consistently provide reliable sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a documented history of success.
- 2+ years of experience in ITSM or ESM.
- Verifiable and consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, building strong pipelines, and closing business.
- Must be able to drive end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline generation to close.
- Capable of effectively managing a prolonged sales cycle and persuading a committee of key decision makers to act.
- Skilled in the art of contract negotiation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to travel 2x per year.
- Self-starter and with a relentless work ethic.

This role is for a proven enterprise closer who can build pipeline independently, navigate ambiguity, and wants meaningful equity and uncapped upside in a high-growth fintech company.
