Senior Accounting Analyst
One Identity
• Handle day-to-day general accounting activities • Take charge of monthly accounting close process for AMER region • Responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of an assigned account(s) or area of responsibilities within One Identity • Monthly accounting close includes preparing and posting journal entries, analyzing financial statements and ledger activities, and written variance analysis • Involve in Financial Review analysis and fluctuation commentary • Handle internal & external auditor process on audits • Work closely with tax team to provide information required for tax submission • Involve in continuous process improvement and simplification project • Work closely with business partners to rectify exceptions and closes all gaps identified and any other ad hoc projects • Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification
- Minimum working experience of 3+ years, preferably in an accounting firm and/or MNC
- Prior experience related to all facets of monthly accounting cycles and procedures to include financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills & proficient in English
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Oracle user knowledge and SOX experience is an added advantage
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills critical thinking
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff

Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting Lead (Controller-level) with strong financial ownership and CFO-level thinking. This is not a basic bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of accounting operations, improve systems, and provide financial insight that supports business decisions. You will manage full-cycle accounting, multi-entity reporting, and financial accuracy across business operations while helping leadership understand the financial health of the company.
