Role Description We're hiring a designer to execute visual assets across our email flows, retention sequences, landing pages, and website. Strategy and copy are already in place — we need someone who can move quickly, stay on-brand, and produce polished assets at volume. Key Responsibilities - Paid Media - Design static image ads for Meta and other paid channels - Create ad variations for A/B testing - Develop promotional, seasonal, and campaign-specific creatives - Design UGC-style and branded ad assets - Email Marketing - Create visuals for welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and retention flows - Design infographic panels, comparison charts, benefit callouts, and "how it works" graphics - Create product render cards and email hero imagery - Design buyer and non-buyer email variants - Website & Landing Pages - Create graphics for landing pages and A/B tests - Design website banners and promotional assets - Edit and format product photography - Support homepage and collection page updates Qualifications - 2–4+ years of design experience - Strong portfolio showcasing email, ecommerce, DTC, or marketing design work - Experience creating high-volume digital assets - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Clear English communication skills - Ability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST Requirements - Figma (required) - Basic photo editing and retouching - Experience with email design best practices is a plus Nice to Have - DTC, Shopify, or ecommerce experience - CPG, health, fitness, wellness, or food & beverage brand experience - Experience with email marketing and performance creative Benefits - Full-time - Competitive Salary in USD - Work From Anywhere
