Senior Scrum Master
Arke
• serve as Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams across concurrent projects, facilitating all core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • own sprint capacity planning across assigned teams, actively managing sprint velocity, commitments, and delivery predictability • track and maintain sprint deliverables aligned to PI Plan roadmaps, proactively identifying cross-project risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts • partner with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies • lead and facilitate scaled Agile events, including PI Planning, cross-team planning, delivery synchronization, dependency management, and system-level Inspect & Adapt sessions • coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Lean, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles, driving higher levels of team autonomy, accountability, and performance • drive and facilitate effective retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement actions are identified, owned, and executed • act as a change agent and mentor, supporting team maturity, organizational Agile adoption, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of professional experience and education
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery leader in complex environments
- proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams and concurrent project delivery within large, matrixed organizations
- experience working within SAFe, the Kanban Method, or hybrid Agile frameworks
- demonstrated experience supporting or launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating PI Planning at scale
- strong hands-on experience with sprint capacity planning, velocity management, delivery forecasting, and dependency management
- experience leading or contributing to Agile transformations at scale
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SSM/SPC, or equivalent)
