• Guides agile teams to grow a self-managed, self-organized, and collaborative world-class agile culture by evaluating existing processes and facilitating the change for process improvements, • Coaches our product development teams to deliver high quality, high impact products in a sustainable way by utilizing the product development metrics, • Collaborates with our scrum masters to be advocates of Agile principles and practices in their teams, • Coaches our product owners to have well managed and impactful product backlogs, • Participates in scrum meetings to monitor, give feedback for continuous improvement and facilitate if necessary, • Helps us to devise realistic and ambitious product roadmaps, • Is a key player in Insider One’s Scale-up journey for being a world-class Marketing Software Company.

• Facilitate core Agile events and lightweight cross team syncs; maintain sprint goal clarity • Make Agile “feel useful” via energetic, varied, participatory ceremonies (not rote compliance) • Track and drive resolution of impediments (environment, integration, data, approvals) across platforms • Coordinate cross team and cross platform dependencies (batch windows vs deployment timing, integration points) • Maintain visible radiators: sprint goals, impediment log, experiment tracker, simple metrics (goal attainment %, carryover, blocker aging) • Coach Product Owners / BAs and tech leads on prioritization, slicing, and readiness • Drive 1–2 small improvement experiments per team per sprint; follow through to closure • Foster psychological safety, inclusive participation, and sustainable pace

• Work with technical teams to execute Agile-based projects for clients • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owner on overall goals and process • Manage day-to-day project work, supporting the team and removing blockers • Track day-to-day work in Jira, providing weekly report outs of key features worked on • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile best practices to improve delivery predictability and quality. • Act as the primary JIRA Administrator for the team. • Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress to stakeholders through effective tracking and reporting. • Maintain clear and continuous communication with customers and stakeholders. • Track and report key Agile metrics including velocity trends, sprint predictability, escape defects, lead time, and cycle time.
