Delivery Manager – Partner Enablement

OneStream Software

• Coach partners during build phase, provide examples of artifacts and articulate their importance to the application. • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones. • Communicate personal and project status to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success. • Work with Customers, Partners and internal personnel on Service NOW Cases concerning Application Design. • Conduct Application Health Check and Reviews to monitor application performance. • Assist Product Teams on sourcing, developing and testing new Product Features and Functionality. • Actively Participate on Partner's OneCommunity Forum by reviewing posts and submitting responses. • Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner's Project Readiness. • Study and apply oneself to become a Subject Matter Expert in areas required. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-7 years CPM/EPM experience, to include 1 – 3 years OneStream experience.
  • Experience contributing to OneStream (or comparable EPM) implementations, including hands-on delivery of build workstreams, participation in engagement scoping, and exposure to solution architecture (design) under the guidance of senior delivery staff.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
  • Experience with relational data bases and SQL.
  • Programming experience in multiple languages.
  • Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology).
  • Experience with VB.net, VBA, Visual Basic or C#.
  • Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus: SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BFC/ BOFC (Cartesis) HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FDM (Financial Data Quality Management), UpStream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos Or other CPM/ EPM solutions.
