There are six roles available for this position. These positions start in the Fall 2026 semester. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Provides individual and group Academic Coaching to students focused on the development and refinement of academic skills (e.g. time management, organization skills, study skills, reading and comprehension skills, presentation skills, basic technology literacy skills, etc.). • Designs and delivers workshops and in-service presentations on relevant Academic Coaching topics, including potential classroom visits. • Actively outreaches students who may need academic support. • Collaborates with Faculty and Academic Advisors to support student success. • Maintains thorough and timely notes and assessment records. • Aids with the day-to-day functioning of the Academic Coaching Program. • Identifies new resources and create handouts for the Program. • Attends the Academic Coaching Program GA Orientation: one full-day training that occurs during the week preceding the start of the Fall 2026 semester (date TBA). • Attends mandatory monthly team meetings during the academic school year. • Attends individual supervision sessions each semester, as assigned. • Other duties as assigned.
