Role Description We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our Korea Marketing team on a 2 Year FTC, leading product marketing and digital strategy across a diverse portfolio spanning Breast Health, Gynaecological Surgical Solutions and Diagnostics. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on shaping product positioning, strengthening brand presence, supporting new product introductions, and accelerating market growth in Korea. - Lead product marketing strategy, positioning and execution across Breast Health, Gynaecological Surgical Solutions and Diagnostics portfolios in Korea. - Manage product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions, launch readiness and in-market growth initiatives. - Develop compelling clinical and economic value propositions that support account conversion and competitive differentiation. - Monitor market share, competitor activity, industry trends and customer insights to inform product messaging and marketing strategy. - Create high-quality marketing materials and deliver advanced product training to support sales team effectiveness. - Lead digital marketing strategy and manage official digital and social channels, including KakaoTalk Channel and Instagram, to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Partner with external marketing, advertising and digital agencies to deliver premium brand experiences and impactful content. - Monitor product P&L, support demand forecasting and manage marketing expenditure across digital and product campaigns within agreed budgets. - Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and other internal stakeholders to ensure product strategies align with local compliance, commercial and market access requirements. - Use CRM, digital marketing analytics and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. - Travel as required across Korea, expected to be up to 30% of working time. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Life Science, a medical-related discipline or a relevant field. - Proven product marketing experience within the healthcare, medical device or related life sciences industry. - Experience managing a diverse product portfolio, ideally across multiple product lines such as imaging, surgical systems, diagnostics or related healthcare technologies. - Strong understanding of portfolio management, brand building, product launch planning and product lifecycle management. - Demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, content creation and growth strategies across corporate digital or social media channels. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn market, customer and performance data into actionable marketing plans. - Strategic planning capability combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across business units and stakeholders. - Confidence working cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, market access and agency partners. - Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools would be beneficial. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Role Description The Product and Zero Waste Specialist is responsible for driving waste diversion sales for Eco-Products customers by utilizing relationships with haulers, composters, and our sustainability-minded customers. This position will serve as a “consultant” to our team and our customer base with a focus on Waste Diverting operators and direct-sales accounts (i.e., stadiums, corporate campuses, and universities, etc.). Job Specifications - Work alongside Sales Managers, Sustainability Manager, brokers, distributor representatives, and Boulder corporate team to target and assist in closing high-volume accounts in the adoption of waste diversion practices using Eco-Products foodservice packaging. - Develop a working knowledge of local and state policy related to foodservice packaging and waste diversion infrastructure to assist customers with compliance and to collaborate with the corporate team about advocacy opportunities. - Work together with the broader Product and Zero Waste Specialist team, composters and haulers, a variety of prominent industry groups, local advocacy efforts, and the Sustainability Manager, to advance composter acceptance of compostable packaging and increase commercial composting infrastructure across the Eco-Products sales footprint. - Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight trips. - This position supports the markets of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Michigan, and Missouri.
