• Responsible for the relationship with major OEM customers focusing on commercial and technical consulting • Increase sales, profit and customer satisfaction • Acquisition of new projects as well as for running projects in series support • Close cooperation with colleagues from development, quality and logistics • Strong and regular contact with customers, capturing their requests, requirements and expectations • Introduce products and ensure smooth and effective handling of sales projects • Support and coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategies • Prepare statistical sales plans, offers and review contracts according to Business Management system • Monitor, control and negotiate prices and project costs with customers and vendors • Coordinate and distribute sample orders during development and mass production • Close alignment with customers, DENSO development and production teams including business trips (EU & global)
Job Requirements
- University degree as a mechanical, industrial, automotive or electrical engineer or an education of business economics with an interest in vehicle technology or an equivalent education
- > 5 years of experience in a similar sales position
- Persuasive power, good judgment and strong negotiations skills
- Ability to work independently and in international teams with high dedication and self-initiative
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good networking capability
- Very good level of English and German skills both written and verbal
- Professional experience in sales and project management in the automotive (supplier) industry is an advantage.

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Program Specialist to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation.
